The hiring process is a two way street - just as we must make sure you're the right fit for the job, you need to make sure Al Pack is the right fit for you.

The process will differ depending on the type od job you apply for, just like the area of the business in which the jobsits. Typically steps may include, an:

1. Online application
Once you've found a
job that interests you, you will need to submit your online application, including your latest CV / resume. Remember to think about the job you are applying for and tailor your CV / resume to clearly present relevant skills and experience.

2. Interview
Interviews are
an opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to find out more about us and how we work. Do your research and feel free to ask any questions, we'll certainly be asking you.
The conversation will typically cover your experience, past responsibilities and achievements, as well as your strengths. There are no right or wrong answers, the aim of the conversation is to decide whether we're the right fit for each other.

3. Assessment
In addition to interviews, we may also ask you to complete a series of job-related assessments. These will differ depending on the
type of job you have applied for and may include any or all of the following:
Ability tests - designed to measure the extent to which you can carry out different aspects of your
job. Tests may include numerical reasoning and / or logical reasoning
Talent assessments - designed to assess talents and strengths, or how you like to work
Simulation exercises - designed to simulate specific and important aspects of the
job for which you are applying. Examples include role plays and presentations.

4. Results
